Lillian Allyn Wilson: October 2010

Well, what a busy September it has been!! I did indeed get my room ready for the first day of school...thanks to Mom and Syd!! It was pretty hectic and has been a lot of work learning and planning 4 brand new subjects! Things are finally settling down a little bit, but I am sure looking forward to next year when I have been through all of this once!!

Lily had a great first birthday...or should I say 3 great first birthdays! We celebrated with my family while we were camping over labor day weekend. It was lots of fun!! Then we celebrated on her actual birthday with Gma & Gpa T, Auntie Pauline, Great Gma Amie, and some great neighbors and friends from Upton. We had our little duplex full of people. And the next weekend we traveled back to Sioux Falls for a wedding of our good friends and former :( nextdoor neighbors. This gave us the opportunity to celebrate with our friends and family from Sioux Falls for birthday party #3. Lily got spoiled during her week long celebration!!

She has also learned lots of new tricks. She is not only walking....but running...ALWAYS & EVERYWHERE!! She now has 8 teeth and is eating anything she can get her hands on. She loves to dance and sing and does so anytime she hears any kind of music! She is liking it here in Upton. She loves her little neighbor friends, Brooke and Paige, who come ask if Lily can play about everyother day. (Brooke would come everyday, but her mom told her she can only come everyother!) She also loves her daycare lady, Cindy! It is just Lily and her little friend, Hadley who is 2 months. We got really lucky once again with daycare!! And we love being close to Gma & Gpa T and the rest of the cousins and Aunties...but miss our east river friends and family still lots and lots! We have an extra bedroom and are ready for guests ANYTIME!!!!
